International Collaboration Research

Dr. Md. Zahedule Hassan, in Bangladesh has stayed to study "Wood surface treatment by atmospheric pressure plasma jet" in our laboratory for 90 days from September 7th to December 5th in 2012. He has gotten the results that the surfaces of wood such as Sugi, Hinoki and Teak, become hydrophobic state just after plasma jet irradiation and then change hydrophilic state. The experimental results were presented at April in 2012 The 7th Asia-Pacific International Symposium on the Basics and Applications of Plasma Technology in Taiwan. Our students have obtained good international experiments with Dr. Hassan for this period.
